I. Policy on the protection of personal and confidential data

I.1 - Policy on the protection of personal data

• All personal data you enter during registration and when completing orders on Revolution.mk is kept on our server, which uses modern software with appropriate protection, that is, encryption. The data recorded in our database is neither shared nor sold to third parties, and you as users and consumers enter it of your own accord, which means that by entering it you fully accept our terms and rules.
• Minors must not leave their data without the permission of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are obliged to explain the personal data protection law to their minor children.
• All data we collect is used SOLELY to carry out the delivery of orders and to keep the sales records required by law.
• The data we record in our database is the following: first name, last name, name of the legal entity, address, telephone, e-mail address.
• The points above cover the full meaning of the use and protection of personal data, and are applied in accordance with the personal data protection law published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia" no. 7/05 and 103/08.

I.2 - Policy on the protection of confidential data

• Confidential data includes: your password and your payment card.
• The password for signing in to our portal, that is, the Revolution.mk online shop, is recorded in encrypted form in our database and is not available for viewing.
• Authorising payment cards is not within our remit. After completing your order you are redirected away from the Revolution.mk domain, specifically to the payment system of NLB Banka, where we have no obligation to receive, record or store that data.

II. Policy on payment, dispatch of orders, delivery of orders and refunds

II.1 - Payment policy

• We charge for the orders you send at the moment of dispatch. You complete the order and are then redirected to the official online card processor of NLB Tutunska Banka, where the online payment is made by entering the details of your credit or debit card. At the moment you enter your card you are authorised, and before dispatch the funds are deducted from your account, after which the order is collected by the parcel delivery company.

II.2 - Policy on the dispatch of orders

• As stated in the previous point, orders are dispatched after payment has been taken, that is, once the funds have been deducted from your account.
• Orders are dispatched to the name and address given by the user or consumer.
• The price of dispatch is determined by the weight of the parcel, and is calculated while the order is being completed.
• The deadline for dispatching orders is a maximum of 2 weeks from the day the user or consumer makes payment.
• Dispatch is carried out by a competent parcel delivery company.
• Orders are insured by the parcel delivery company.
• Software solutions are delivered electronically, immediately after payment or within the agreed delivery period.

II.3 - Policy on the delivery of orders

• Delivery of orders is the responsibility of the parcel delivery company.
• The deadline for delivering orders is a maximum of 2 working days from the day they are dispatched.
• If the company carrying out dispatch and delivery does not find the recipient at the address given by the person who placed the order, it is obliged to leave written notice or to contact the recipient by telephone.
• If the products delivered by the delivery company are physically damaged, the recipient is obliged to report this to them.

II.4 - Refund policy

• If for any reason we are unable to supply you with the product, and it has already been charged by the payment provider NLB Tutunska Banka, the funds will be refunded to you in full.
• A refund is possible only on the basis of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 38/04, 77/07 and 103/08).
